"Eagle Mountain friends and neighbors, I have known Charlotte for well over a decade. I have never known a more thoughtful person. While I mean that in the charitable and compassionate sense, I mean it even more so in the sense that she thinks deeply about subjects, really digs in to get to the bottom of what things mean.
She is an expert in all forms of government and teaches it to our local students.
I suggest you get to know her and consider her when voting for city council. I know where at least one of my votes will be going."
Dave Duke, Friend, Eagle Mountain
"As a former student of Mrs. Ducos in her government and citizenship class, and someone who got to know her more personally and professionally through Cedar Valley’s student council, I can confidently say there’s no one I’d rather have representing our city.
Her knowledge of this nation, its history, and how government works is truly incredible. She has a proven track record of encouraging civic involvement and engaging with city government. As her student, I saw firsthand how deeply she cares about accountability, responsibility, and making a real difference.
What always stood out to me was her passion for this city and its people. She consistently challenged us to speak up and get involved, and I believe she’s helped transform hundreds, if not thousands of students from being uninformed or disengaged into young Americans who understand the importance of civic participation.
I also want to highlight something especially meaningful to me, I was her student during the lead-up to the 2020 election, one of the most politically charged times in recent history. Despite that, she taught in a balanced, nonpartisan way, something that truly impressed me. I know she’ll bring that same thoughtful, nonpartisan approach to the city council.
That quality is vital. We need local leaders who focus on the real issues affecting Eagle Mountain, not national level partisan divides. I’m proud to support and endorse Charlotte Ducos for Eagle Mountain City Council!"
Remy Bradshaw, Former Student, Eagle Mountain
"I couldn’t tell you how long I’ve known Charlotte, but it’s getting close to twenty years. She’s the smartest person I know when it comes to politics. She’s an incredible collaborator and very level headed. Check out her information. She’s the right choice for the future of our city."
DJ Conger, Friend and Co-worker, Eagle Mountain
"I have been waiting for this moment for like ten years!!!! You have my vote!"
Sharon Curran, Former Co-worker, Eagle Mountain
"There are very few people I know that I would trust in government more than Charlotte. Not only is she an amazing person, but her background in teaching government gives her a perspective that few have. She understands the role and functionality of government better than the vast majority of people.
Charlotte for President!!!!!!"
Paul Lemen, Friend, Saratoga Springs
"Charlotte is one of the most value-driven, intelligent, and engaged people I have ever met. She has lived in Eagle Mountain almost as long as I have been alive, and her leadership and invested approach is going to be crucial in the city’s next phase of development. She will listen to people when they have concerns, and work tirelessly for the betterment of our city. I have grown to love Eagle Mountain, and I love Charlotte. She has my full support, and I invite you to get to know her."
Mitch Hall, Friend and Co-worker, Eagle Mountain
"Charlotte brings the kind of thoughtful leadership our city needs. With a strong background in the U.S. & Utah Constitution and a clear dedication to fairness, she’s ready to listen, lead, and represent our community with integrity. Charlotte’s not in it for politics—she’s in it for people. Let’s give her our support. "
Carrie Barker, Friend and Co-worker, Eagle Mountain
I’ve known Charlotte for nearly a decade, and when I think about what makes a great leader, she checks every box:
Integrity: Charlotte is a person of deep principle. She’s not afraid to stand up for what’s right, even when it’s hard. She’s someone you can trust to lead with honesty and courage.
Expertise in Government: Let’s be real; government can be complicated. There are rules, red tape, and processes that can slow things down unless you know how to navigate them. Charlotte teaches government, politics, and citizenship classes. It’s literally her job to understand how it all works. She won’t need a learning curve; she’ll be ready on day one.
Community Commitment: Charlotte’s passion for Eagle Mountain runs deep. She’s poured thousands of volunteer hours into our youth and schools. All three of my kids at the High School have been personally impacted by her even though only one had her as a teacher! That’s the kind of reach and influence she has.
Strong Roots: Charlotte was born and raised in Oakley, Idaho. The same small town where my mom grew up. And let’s be honest, anyone from Oakley is bound to be good people (Also… someone tell my mom I’m still her favorite child, please.)
Bottom line: Charlotte Ducos is the real deal. She’s smart, principled, community-driven, and ready to lead. She has my full support and she definitely has my vote! - Charlotte Ducos for City Council

Charlotte Ducos is a compassionate and engaged leader who leads with integrity in every aspect of her work. While we have occasionally had differing viewpoints, I’ve always appreciated Charlotte’s willingness to listen thoughtfully, consider diverse perspectives, and continuously grow. Her leadership, dedication, and values will be a tremendous asset to Eagle Mountain City.

I wholeheartedly support Charlotte Ducos for Eagle Mountain City Council. Charlotte has been involved in local politics and has also taught the importance of civic engagement in her classroom. Now, she’s taking the next step to get involved at the decision-making level.
I know Charlotte cares deeply for the students she works with. I have no doubt she will bring that same level of care and attention to each citizen and every issue.
Charlotte’s knowledge of local government will make a real difference, and she will be a valuable asset as our new school district is formed, especially when it comes to building strong partnerships between the city and the schools.
